Welcome to the Fusion Webspace

As you can see the site is a work in progress...
We have (just about) managed to develop Fusion into a credible magazine which is printed (thanks to the Reprographics Department) and delivered in registers to students. As if us amateurs producing a magazine was not enough, we are now attempting to conquer the Internet...So, this nifty little blog has been created for us to (hopefully) develop into one of those 'trendy new age web spaces' where we can write about and post all things Fusion. Eventually this site will contain our future plans for Fusion, articles and current Fusion editions, polls for you to tell us what you think and more information about the Fusion Workshop Team. So, bare with us as the site develops and gradually lots more interesting things will appear for your entertainment...and scrutinising as you tell us what needs to be improved.

FUSION - Our Thoughts

How can Fusion help you out?
The best advice Fusion can offer is that you should take subjects you are interested in and make the most of every opportunity that comes floating your way. The idea behind Fusion magazine is to encourage you to think about what you enjoy doing with your time and aim to incorporate your interests in your school career so you enjoy it. Lets face it, some subjects you just do not enjoy as much as others, but you should aim to make the most of them and not dismiss them without considering how they could be of use to you. That is the other side to Fusion magazine; the magazine covers a range of interests and topics to help you consider subjects and topics in a new light. The most important thing is to opt to take subjects you enjoy when you get the opportunity, but remember, if you have to take a subject you do not particularly enjoy, you can make it more interesting for yourself by learning more about it to see how it fits in with the subjects you do like. As the ‘Focus on…’ articles in Fusion magazine show, there are often areas of subjects that are left unexplored.
